Where circumstances dictate that a judicial foreclosure proceeding is required, we are well qualified to represent our clients and have developed strategies to move the matters through the court system quickly and efficiently. In keeping with the current environment, our litigation group is battle tested and has successfully defended numerous contested foreclosure matters. When referring foreclosure matters to our office we require the following documentation: a copy of the note, security deed or deed of trust, title policy (if available); account information including current reinstatement and payoff amounts, the property address as well as all known mailing addresses for the borrower(s); a social security number for each borrower; and contact information for a representative who has authority to approve various workout options on the loan.
